White Christmas and a Christmas Carol with George C Scott as Scooge are my Christmas Eve movie watching tradition. After all my cooking and whatnot are carried out for the day I sit back and watch these two movies. And it wouldn’t be Christmas with out Rosemary Clooney and Vera Ellen singing Sisters.

Really good list of kitchen design trends. I suspect the biggest kitchen trend (at least in my area) is probably going to be the use of farmhouse style basins. There’s already been an increase in the use of this style of sink in bathroom designs as well. Definitely a great approach to add some country feel to more modern homes.

What a great point, Teresa. We continually educate our clients of these things, but its hard to overcome the anti-PMI craze.As split loans become harder to find and qualify, I think more buyers will be looking at PMI. I just hope the PMI companies aren’t the next shoe to drop in this credit crunch. While it wouldn’t directly hurt borrowers, I think it would make it harder for Ohioans to move or buy a home.
