About Teresa

Teresa is a lifelong resident of Gahanna, Ohio, graduating from Gahanna Lincoln High School. She went on to Capital University to study Music Education.

In 1983 she had a burning passion to go into real estate. She attended Columbus State University, majoring in Real Estate Marketing/Management. She earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation in only 3 months after being licensed.

Teresa has played an active role in the real estate industry. She has a solid background in residential real estate, home financing and home construction. Teresa has served on several committees with the Columbus Board of Realtors®. including Governmental Affairs, Builder/Realtor Alliance and Tech Users. Teresa was also the secretary of the Tri-County East Area Realty Association for 2002. Today Teresa is the 2008 Treasurer of the Gahanna Area Realtors Association.

Teresa has also gained much experience in the new home building industry. She has worked as a Sales Rep for home builders in Central Ohio and has represented many homebuyers as a Realtor®. Her own father was a custom builder in the Gahanna area.

Teresa is currently a member of the Gahanna Area Realty Association.

Teresa currently resides in Gahanna and enjoys gardening, cooking, art and photography.
