Licensed since 1983 as a real estate agent in Central Ohio, Teresa specializes in residential real estate, including new home builds as well as existing home sales. She actively works as an agent for Real Living HER in Gahanna. Gahanna has been her lifelong home.

Teresa has been active in the real estate industry throughout her years in real estate. She has previously served on the Governmental Affairs Committee, the Builder/Realtor Alliance and the Tech Users Group of the Columbus Board of Realtors. She is currently the 2008 Treasurer of the Gahanna Area Realty Association.

Teresa also is an artist, painting and drawing since she was 10 years old. A skill that emerged and developed over the years, she enjoys utilizing many types of art mediums. She has used oils, watercolors, pencil and other mediums in creating artwork. She enjoys watercolors the most. Teresa has sold and donated much of her work throughout the years. Many pieces have been donated to CORPAC and area real estate fundraisers.

More recently, she discovered the art of photography. She has a passion to create artwork using the camera. From still life to landscapes to portraits, she is constantly working to improve her skills and her art to become a photo artist.

In July of 2007, Teresa decided to combine her love of real estate and her love of art to offer real estate professionals a way to differentiate their services as being the top in the market. She understands the power of strong photography being a reflection of an agent’s business and his/her image.

Listing photos are a start to the business. In the future, she will be offering more types of photo services and will soon be offering photo art as well as paintings for sale. While she will always love and sell real estate, she does want to develop her world of art.
